did not tell them of recent marriage. Husband recovered physically but not all there mentally. family (brother) took husband home, tried to put him in assisted living facility, husband would not stay. In figuring his affairs brother discovered marriage and power of attorney, Is trying to relinquish power of attorney and have marriage annulled. They were married six weeks when incident happened, but they were not Living together. there is a twenty four year difference in their age (husband 74,wife 50). what right does wife have? there is a retirement pension involved
