Ok so I have made 2 round swiss chocolate cakes, I have milk chocolate frosting for the top. Now I need to make filling for the middle. It is for my brother and he has requested both vanilla pudding and strawberries. I have read multiple recipes that involve whipped cream and/ or heavy cream. I would prefer not to use either of those, so now I need to know if I should just mix the strawberries into the pudding or if there is a different way!? Please help.....
