Termination of parental rights?

my ex and i and a baby girl now we havent been together since i was pregnant and he wants to voluntary relinquish his rights and i don't mind he isn't involved at all in her life in anyway. how we would go about this without going to court or getting attorneys involved. is there just a fast and simple way to just sign a paper and get it over with? we live in texas.

Why do some libertarians think that its possible to have a limited government constrained by the constitution?

What evidence is there that this could ever be a reality? The state grows as large as it can afford to be at any given time. The constitution isn't magic and it cannot stop a bullet. Throughout history states rise and inevitably collapse because the initiation of violence is no basis for a civil society and can't solve social problems in the long run. Perhaps libertarians should focus their efforts on a more sustainable alternative and quit begging their masters to relinquish their power because it will never happen. At this point too many voters have their livelihoods directly or indirectly supported by the state for there ever to be a ground swell of support for limited government.

Should i still eat after my workout since its so late?

I do lapswim from 9-10 pm and i go to bed about an hour after so should i eat after my workout if im trying to lose weight?

Im 12 5'4 and 127 lbs am i healthy?

Ok i recently got sick and lost nearly 10 lbs and i have been keeping my weight like that i wake up at 10 and for breakfast i drink a cup of coffee with 2 splendas or i skip breakfast, at 12:00 i eat 2 empanadillas with cheese and for dessert i eat a little bit of diet triple chocolate edy's ice cream with a little bit of nesquik chocolate syrup on top or a swiss miss triple chocolate pudding and at 7:00 i usually eat scrambled eggs and when im on my grandparents house for breakfast i drink a cup of coffee with two splenda's and for lunch i have 3 choices (grilled cheese, an instant angus cheeseburger 450 calories, or scrambled eggs) and the same for dinner, i don't exercise that often and when i do so, i do 30 exercise ball crunches i want to get to atleast 120 lbs can you give some tips or advice on how to be healthier and lose those 7 lbs before late July? Thanks!!!!

How can I go about finding this out?

How can I go about finding out whether or not the giving-up-of-my-child for adoption has been finalized? I never went to court; never saw a judge and lawyers were never involved. Only thing that I did was sign papers relinquishing my rights. I went to the courthouse to get them notarized. Only paper the court would not notarize was of one that required the fathers' signature; however told me that if I could find a notary to do so, that it would be fine. I had a friend who was a notary who did this for me; but not in the presence of a judge/courtroom/any other legal witness; just my home. I never received or heard of any verification that the adoption went through. The people who have my son will not cooperate with me. It's been almost a year. If the adoption hasn't been finalized, do I still have the right to change my mind and keep my son? If anyone has any vital information on this for the state of Georgia laws, please provide resources.
