My dog bit someone on the elbow?

today my bulldog and staffy dug a hole thru the fence and got out about an hour later they came back then 30 mins after that the dog catcher pulled up and said my bulldog bit someone on the elbow and they seized her because the people are filing a report then i got a ph call saying that i could pay hundreds of dollars to get her out then face criminal charges or i can relinquish my rights i had no choice but to relinquish my rights as i have not a cent to my name but now i cant fathom the thought of my dog getting put down its just playing over and over in my mind and its really making me have anxiety attacks im having a breakdown ive rang everyone i know begging for the money to get her but no body has any what do i do i cant let her die without fighting for her she has never ever bit anyone in her life shes nippy when she plays around but never has she been vicious please someone tell me what to do
