When Should I Text This Guy?

I Was Walking Home And this group of guys walked past me. A cute guy stopped to talk to me. he asked how old i was (15) and he asked if i had a boyfriend (no). Then he gave me his number. He told me to text him at that moment and i said ok and just kept walking. But that was at 9:30 pm and now it's 11:15 . should i text him or just wait until tomorrow. i don't want to seem desperate but i really want to text him now. What should I Do ?
