Are these foods good to eat after wisdom teeth removal?

SOFT FOODS!!!! I got mine out 3 days ago and I only had two, i know you are starving I am too, but that is just the way it is, especially when your mom and your brother had fast food on the second day right in front of you haha, but you can get dry sockets and all of that bad stuff if you do not eat just the soft foods, please please just do that!!!! Can you answer my question??.
