Dog schedule for work days?

I'm getting a dog soon, but the dog will be left alone for 7 hours during work days. I wake up at 6 am, off to work @ 8am and arrive @3 pm, sleep @ 11pm. If I will feed the dog twice a day, can u set up a schedule for feeding time, time for peeing and pooing, exercise, playtime and all that?
