How to get over the fear of choking?
Deal with it or confront it. chewing everything a lot and eating slow is actually what everybody should do since it helps prevent overeating, because it takes approximately 30 min for you to realize your full, so people tend to eat more even though they are actually full. Chewing more will actually make digestion easier which is really good for your body. The pills you will have to deal with. If it healps dring 2 cups of water with pills just to make sure you will be fine. the fear of chocking (Pseudodysphagia if you wanna impress people) is not very common. I have a fear of being poked in the eye with something sharp in the eye. If their is a knife at my eye level, i move without thinking about it. So my advise is just deal with it but take things like multivitamins everyday. that will hopefully get you used to it.
