If you relinquish all parental rights by adoption then could a father say put up for adoption and skip support?

Well IF everything follows through then thats right you wouldn't have to support. But most of the time the only way signing away your rights would be approved is if someone volunteered to take your half of the responsibility like her mom or someone like that. But if they know they will loose the child support its probably not very likely they would cooperate with that. I mean you could try but im guessing you will be stuck paying the child support being that someone she knows would sort of have to help you out by taking your responsibility and I don't think thats going to happen. I do have to say im sorry ugh this is one of the main reasons im glad im not a guy. In Arkansas even if the dads wanting to take custody of the child its in the paper if the mom wants the child theres a 75 percent chance she will win.
