Is NATO bombing Libya to prevent the world from knowing that Libya was a true libertarian state?

Yes I know Qathafi was a dictator in the past. He also tried a representative democracy which didnt work so he relinquished power and gave it to the people. Is Nato trying to prevent the world from knowing that a government in the hands of the people is the most beneficial. That is what is they are protesting for in Spain right now. Check it out people.
