PM says he is not against inclusion himself in Lokpal,but rules out judiciary. How do you see this?

Caesar's wife should be beyond doubt.So Mr.Prime Minister's declaration can be taken in right sprite.Person, selected by the mandate of public should be answerable directly to the people. Other mechanism will be ineffective.CBI, Court and other mechanisms may be independent to some extent.Actually those are all parts of Government.More over those forum can function within some frame.For example.Hon.Supreme Court of India was able to only advice Ms.Jayalalitha in TANSI land case.Presently she is exempted from appearing in the Bangalore Court by virtue of her position. Judiciary may also be brought into Lokpal, because they are also not under any scrutiny.There are lot of controversial judgement.But a common man can not spell out or discuss openly, because of the fear over the contempt of court. In Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, three number of girl students were burnt alive by the AIDMK party people, at the instant in which Jayalalitha was pronounced as guilty in Kodaikanal Pleasant stay Hotel case.Even there is a rule stating, if there is any damage to the life of public, the party shall be responsible.But what happened ? The party chief Jayalalitha was let of free.Subsequently she was allowed to become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.Since she was let of free in Dharmapuri incident, Madurai Dhinakaran Office incident in which two innocent workers were burnt alive, is limping now.What is the result? In Gandhiji's country, five innocent lives were sacrificed to the Political Gods.What happened in Gujarath,hundreds of human lives were sacrificed in the name of Religion.In India religion is used as shield for criminals.Gandhiji's murderer Nathuram Godse used Hindu religion as shield.Then who are responsible for the above tragedies.But we the people of India analysing that incident for political gain.So Chief Ministers of the States should be included in the list.
