Recovering (trying) anorexic, is this meal plan too much?

First off, don't worry about what your eating. I too, feel so guilty after I eat anything because you get that feeling where you feel like you've eaten too much. Cereal bars I agree there full of sugars, but try quaker oat granola bars. I eat about 3-4 a day if I want to,lol. Its my only junk food I refuse to give up!.
