Who is worthy enough to relinquish Taker's 19-0 streak at WM 28? Why?

As of now, no one. The only person who seemed "worthy" was Shawn and he lost twice. He also gave Taker his best Wrestlemania matches of his career. They could have Cena give it a go, but I don't see him winning.
