I changed from waking up at 6:30 or 7 am. and going to sleep at 11 or 12 at night to waking up at 12am to 1 pm in the afternoon and going to sleep at 1, 2, 3 in the morning. I've been sleeping like this for a week and a half to 2 weeks. is that enough to mess up my period? it's a day late right now, and i haven't been stressed or anything, haven't lost/gained weight.. i'm just looking for something to explain it. thanks for you help!
